Getting a date, first fix your presentation

Never judge a book by its cover, however the cover is used to create its first impression. Appearance and image are very important when you are meeting women, as there can only be one first impression whether you like it or not.

How you dress, the way you talk, body language, your worn accessories all plays a part of you and your defined lifestyle.

There no ugly looking people, only lazy ones. Staying conscious of your personal grooming can help yourself create a better impression, ideally to the women. She thinks, ‘Hmm… what does this man do? He looks very impressive, with a great dress sense and well groomed. I hope he ask for my number tonight.”

Don’t think too far ahead before even taking the first step on your presentation. Here are some common sense guidelines that could help you change your outlook, and perhaps when you do meet the ladies, set them thinking.

The Skin
The skin is the largest organ in the body, and is subject to the same laws as all our organs, if it is stressed for long enough, it will fail. Modern life places incredible stress on our bodies, and the skin is the first contacts with air pollution, chemicals in the water and air conditioning.

Cleanse the face and neck. Use an oil-free facial moisturizer with an SPF15 or higher every day to hydrate the skin and protect from sun damage.

Once or twice a week, use a facial scrub to remove dead skin cells and revitalize the skin. This is called exfoliation and it leaves the skin feeling fresh and improves the look of dull skin.

Shave well
Unless you look like Brad Pitt, please put in effort to shave and keep a tidy and clean image.

The Hair
I am sure your current hairstyle is not bringing you anywhere. Choose your hair style that defines your lifestyle and tell your hair dresser about it. Dump your barber with the old razor blade for some a professional stylist. (Female preferred). Invest in an appointment and ask for advice on what styles would suit your face shape. Once you have a really good styled cut, it is much easier to keep your hair looking good.

The clothes
Focus on one color
Matching colors can bring the necessary attention and makes the person look taller, silmmer or leaner. Black and blue are safe colors, however you might want to pepper it with accessories, and depending on the day or night event.

Monochromatic dressing (dressing in one color only) makes anyone look taller, slimmer and leaner. Match the toning closely and avoid contrast. If you are wearing multiple colours keep them close in intensity. For example, dark blue and black or stone and soft white.Use darker colorsDarker colors make you look slimmer than lighter colours. Black and blue for example, are great colours to use for most people.

Wear darker colours at the bottomUse the darker colour at the bottom of your outfit to make you look taller and slimmer.Wear clothes that fit.

Buy clothing that fit; throw away those sloppy T-shirts, cargo pants, faded oversized jeans. Go for tailored and bottoms that fit nicely, projecting a clean and slick look.

Follow these tips closely and I can assure you that your friends will notice and like this new image that you project.

Of course, that look from the ladies will never be the same again.
The attention will be on you and It’s all about you, so what are YOU waiting for?
